Our Story

Genifem was founded in 2023 by a team of AI researchers, enterprise software veterans, and customer experience experts who saw a critical gap in how organizations handle phone communications.

Despite decades of advances in communication technology, businesses were still losing revenue and frustrating customers with missed calls, long hold times, and inconsistent information. Meanwhile, staff were overwhelmed with repetitive inquiries that prevented them from doing meaningful work.

We believed there had to be a better way. Not just a chatbot or IVR system, but a true AI assistant that could have natural conversations, understand context and urgency, and provide organizations with the insights they need to improve operations.
